These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through papierandprose.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

All products are subject to availability. As many items are curated or seasonal, slight variations may occur.

Certain items are provided as a random or surprise item, but related to a specific colour or theme. By purchasing these items, you agree to receiving an item selected by our team and acknowledge that the pictures shown are for illustration purposes. We make every effort to provide you with quality items that meet your expectations.

Pricing

All prices are shown in CHF and include applicable Swiss VAT where required. Please select the country of purchase to view the price in your denomination.

Gift Cards

Gift vouchers have  a 2 year expiry date and are non-refundable. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

Liability

Papier & Prose is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products. Please take care and use all items for the intended purpose. They are stationery items for external use and are not to be used by children under 3 years.
