Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Free Shipping

Free shipping on all orders over CHF 100 for Switzerland and for all orders over CHF150 for neighboring countries.
Subscription boxes do not fully qualify for free shipping.
This is subject to change at any time.
Certain items may not qualify for free shipping and will be clearly indicated on the product page. Standard or set shipping rates may apply for these items.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been handed to our carrier.

Pre-orders & Made-to-Order Items

Items marked as pre-order will ship on or around the estimated date shown on the product page. Processing times for pre-orders may differ from standard orders.

Delivery Times

Switzerland: 2–4 business days after shipment
EU countries: 4–8 business days after shipment (dependent on country)

*Please note that delivery times may vary and be extended during peak seasons, e.g. Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped from Switzerland to EU countries may be subject to customs clearance. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Papier & Prose is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
